Simple rule
If you bought credits and haven't used them, you can get your money back for the unused credits within 14 days of buying.
How to ask for a refund
- Email yisroel9025@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase.
- Include your AI Pro code (it starts with AP- or AT-) and the email you used to pay.
- We refund the unused credits to the card you paid with, through Stripe. 100 credits = $5, so each unused credit is 5 cents.
Good to know
- Credits don't expire, so there's no rush to use them.
- If an AI fails to answer, its credits are returned to you automatically. You don't need to ask.
- Free credits can't be refunded (they didn't cost anything).
- Your bank may take a few days to show the refund.
